If Handheld Terminal or Barcode Reader hardware has been purchased through our company, you can return the product by using your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you received the product. The right of withdrawal is valid in cases where the product has not been damaged to impair its resaleability and its original packaging is preserved.
